Roux apps · Google Play now · App Store coming soon
The roster in their pocket. The clock on the wall.
Roux Roster gives your team their shifts, hours and leave on their phone. Roux Kiosk turns a shared tablet into the venue's clock-in point. Both run on the same Roux Roster record.
Android apps are live on Google Play. iPhone and iPad apps are coming soon — App Store approval in progress.
The staff app
Roux Roster — for staff

Needs an invite.
Your venue invites you from Roux Roster. Then download the app and sign in.

How the apps work together
- 01
Manager builds and publishes
The roster is built in Roux Roster on the web. Drafts stay manager-only until publish.
- 02
Staff see their shifts
Shifts appear in the Roux Roster app, with notifications when shifts change.
- 03
Clock in on the floor
On the wall tablet — the Roux Kiosk app on Android, or the web kiosk on any tablet including iPad — or from the staff member's own Roux Roster app.
- 04
Timesheets sync
Hours land in Roux Roster for the manager to review.
The wall clock is the shared kiosk — not the manager's app. Managers keep running the roster from Roux Roster on the web.
Questions
Apps FAQ
Do staff need an invite?
Yes. Roux Roster needs an invite from your venue before you can sign in.
How do staff clock in on the kiosk?
Tap your name, enter your own 4-digit PIN, then start your shift. Breaks and clock-out use the same screen.
What does the Kiosk app need?
A Roux Roster account for the venue. The manager signs in once on the tablet; after that, staff use their names and PINs.
Is there an iPhone or iPad app?
Coming soon. The Android apps are on Google Play now, and the iPhone and iPad apps are on the way (App Store approval in progress). Until then, staff can sign in on the web at roster.rouxdashboard.com, and iPads can run the web kiosk at kiosk.rouxdashboard.com. Once the iPad app is out, venues will be able to use either the app or the web kiosk.
Can staff clock in from their phone instead of the wall tablet?
Yes — the Roux Roster app lets staff clock in and out from their phone, as well as from the venue kiosk.
