One of seven jobs
Roux Roster
Time clock
Clock on at the venue. Hours from the floor, not after close.
One record beneath the work.
Roux connects this job to the same operating week as the other six.
How it works
From the floor into one record.
- 01
Clock at the venue
Staff choose their name, enter a four-digit PIN, then Start, End or Break on the wall iPad.
- 02
Keep the plan separate
The roster stays the plan. Approved clocks become the hours used for payroll.
- 03
Review before payroll
Roux can send approved clocks to Xero as a draft; the venue still reviews and approves in Xero. CSV is available until the live file is connected.
- 04
Use the right screen
The wall iPad uses the kiosk host. Managers use the roster host.

How it joins
This job does not sit alone.
The full kit keeps people, temperatures, stock, plates and reporting on one operational base.
Why it matters
Read the work while it is still useful.
Hours should come from the shift as it happens, not from a reconstructed week after close.
Seven jobs. One Roux.
Walk the week with us.
Your roster, temperatures, stock and plates — read together on your floor.
